Ultra-poor people generally exhaust all their earnings on food, clothing and child rearing. They can hardly afford a decent living which is another basic need for a human being. United Trust makes its modest endeavor to stand beside such hapless people with its offers of modest but decent houses for them. Most of these houses are built under Trust arrangement and handed over to the owner who must have a piece of land of his own. These are basically a 360 sft house with 2 bedrooms with long verandah reasonably decent for a small family. If not already in possession, a tube-well and a toilet are also added.
Through this program, United Trust, so far, constructed over 990 houses (as of 2026) and is continuing to add about 50 houses spending about 1. Crore per year. This project is quite popular in rural and urban slums of Jamalpur, Kishoregonj, Feni, Mymensingh and Gaibandha. These homes offer needy families a safe environment where they can begin their better future.
